Terms: Website retainers will be billed automatically on the first (or first business day) of each month. If the allotted retainer is overused in any one month period, client will be automatically billed for the overage based on our standard agency rate, which is currently at $65/hr. Any unused time will expire at the end of each month and will not be carried over. Retainers are to be used for routine website updates/maintenance and do not cover the creation of new functionality or technology not currently present on the site. The retainer will stay active until canceled. NewWorks Design reserves the right to cancel the retainer at any time.
